Real Estate Automation Specialist - Project-Based
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a lead extraction bot to identify and gather potential real estate clients from various online sources.
- Create a user-friendly tool that integrates with our CRM to streamline lead management.
- Design and build calculators for mortgage estimates, property evaluations, and ROI analysis to assist in lead conversion.
- Optimize the performance of the lead generation tools to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support for the bot and tools until the project's completion.
- Proven experience in developing lead extraction bots and automation tools, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong technical skills in data extraction, web scraping, and bot development.
- Familiarity with CRM integration and lead management systems.
- Ability to deliver project requirements on time and within scope.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge of real estate sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Integromat, or similar tools.
- Understanding of APIs and their integration for data flow.
