Purchasing Officer
Duties:

• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.

· Liaise between suppliers and restaurants to ensure their needs are being met

• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, received stock and cost analysis.

· Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.

• Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.

· Establishing professional relationships with operations team, clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer in a restaurant industry.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis.
• Excellent networking and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
