Procurement Manager
- Responsible in managing procurement and purchasing functions to ensure compliance of the standard policies and procedures in ordering, inventory and safekeeping of fixed assets and supplies for operation and projects.
- Establishes a reliable network of suppliers to ensure quality products and services.
- Manages supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, and timelines.
- Maintains a reliable supplier data base, purchase records and related documentation.
- Ensures requests of departments meet the required quality standards and specifications in a reasonable period of time through constant coordination.
- Manages the inventory and ensures accountability of supplies, equipment and company fixed assets in collaboration with concerned departments.
- Acts as the company property custodian being the head of the department.
- Must have at least 3 years of managerial experience in Hotel/ Resort Procurement / Purchasing
- Must be willing to relocate in Panglao, Bohol
- Driving skill is an advantage
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
