Processing Plant Assistant
Qualifications:
Benefits:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Agriculture Major in Animal Science/Food Technology
- At least 1-2 years experience specializing in Agriculture, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance
- Willing to work on a shifting/flexible schedule
- This position may be asked to perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time or as the need arises.
- Train and develop new workers for Toll Processor
- Maintain all records and documents pertaining to the company's code and rules for processing
- Monitor and verify specification of raw materials and packaging, process procedure and documentations
- Ensure that all production checklist are properly accomplished
- Verify the issuance of marinades and check all the inclusion during brine preparation
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment used in processing
