Note: This position is not technical. Operation Supervisor will do people management and interviewing candidates that will be deployed to our clients. Responsibilities
Approves attendance related requests, work schedules and timesheets
Conducts periodic evaluations, prepares performance reports, issues and other activities, and keeps Management informed on issues and problems
Any attendance issue / concerns: timesheets, overtime, attendance, change shift, change work schedule, anytime that concerns time and approval, and escalation of issues to related department or leadership as required.
Checks status reports
MS Operations Supervisor should be informed on contract retention and expiring contracts
Monitoring of contract retention and expiring contract for employees
Supervises the weekly activities of all teams by providing guidance and leadership to employees to ensure that operational targets are met
Ensures that employees adhere to policies and procedures, are kept motivated, receive appropriate coaching, information, and support to best apply their knowledge and skills on the job
Carries out schedule and attendance monitoring for employees to ensure availability and manages changes in employee schedules to ensure adequate daily resource coverage
Performs other similar or related duties, as assigned, related to staff supervision
Act as Safety Supervisor
Conduct rounds as a roving supervisor
Monitors and analyzes employees’ productivity reports
Facilitates weekly operational meetings with client
Cascades to and coordinates with Employees any operational instructions from the Management
Document all communication and correspondence from client
Participates in conference calls with the client
Identifying concerns and serves as the first point of contact between employees and corporate teams regarding Company initiatives, policies, procedure, and escalate issues to relative department or leadership as required.
Performs other related operational duties
Qualifications
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any 4-year course with experience in dealing with IT professionals
Preferably with 2 years o relevant experience gained within a management consultancy firm or any similar industry
Experience in supervising IT employees
Experience in supervising teams within tight quality and efficiency parameter is preferred but not required
Knowledge and application of business improvement techniques.
Experience in employee relations, staff development, performance management and rewards system.
Computer Literate: Proficient in using MS Office Application, Work from Home tools and systems
Willing to do field work

Salary: 20,000-25,000 depending on experience
