Coordinates and analyse the consolidation of information and reports on issues during loading, sailing and discharging activity to ensure availability of timely report to related parties.
Sends terminal departure report (TDR) to Principal 24 hours upon vessel’s departure.
Sends of inbound report of vessel to the Terminal Operator for PIL operated vessel and to Vessel Operator for Consortium Partner.
Checks and prepares and proper declaration of special container lists such as dangerous goods, Reefer, out of gauge cargo (OOG) and bundled list.
Monitors of vessel progress and updating of coastal vessel schedule in LMS.
Attends to principal inquiries as the need arise
Assists out port agents in sending arrival bayplan to Port of Singapore.
Validates/checks operational invoices and uploading in LMS for payment processing.
Prepares and submits reports.
Responsible for the timely updates of container movements in the system that includes but not limited to monitoring the container movement and preparation of container inventory report
Performs checking on the container’s movement updated in the system.
Prepares the daily container inventory report.
Prepares the weekly stock report and vessel log report.
Prepares the billing of the damaged container for third party.
Checking and processing the billing of the vendors related to storage and handling.
Prepares the container ageing report weekly.
Prepares the export detention and terminal storage report.
Coordinates with terminal and depot vendors.
Monitor and arrange the supply of the bullet seals to off-dock depots/customers.
Receives and verify the container deposit refund request
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
A graduate of Customs Administration or any related course.
Preferable with at least 6 months to 3 years experience in Shipping industry, but fresh graduates are open to apply
With relevant experience preparing customs and shipping documents preferred.
With relevant experience or training on carriage of goods by sea law, container ports and cargo management. Knowledgeable on basic shipping operations, and port and customs management procedures.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
