The Officer-in-Charge (OIC) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day lending operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising branch staff, managing loan portfolios, and implementing policies to achieve the branch’s financial and operational goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch
Ensuring that all lending activities align with our company policies
Maintaining a high level of service to our clients.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, managing staff, handling customer inquiries, monitoring loan processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Prepare and submit regular financial and operational reports to upper management.
Monitor the branch’s financial performance, including revenue targets, profitability, and expense management.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in lending, credit analysis, or banking operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
