Duties and Responsibilities: Office/Accounting Staff
Attend to the general office needs, such as regular payment for rentals, utilities, reimbursements. liquidations, etc., as well as business permit processing and similar/related activities
Process payments and documents such as invoice, employee reimbursement, etc.
Follow up due accounts and collection of payments
Verify items billed against items ordered and received
Efficient and timely preparation of sales and inventory report
Update details of every stock in the branch (e.g., expiry dates, lot numbers, and complete count)
Other related activities
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent is preferable
At least 3 years of experience in the related field
