JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 1. Administrative Support: o Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems. o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. 2. Office Management: o Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. o Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained. o Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies. 3. Customer Service: o Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. o Address and resolve basic inquiries and issues from clients and staff. 4. Technical Support: o Provide basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues. o Assist in the setup and maintenance of office equipment and technology. o Support various office projects and initiatives as needed. o Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course; IT graduates are preferred.
Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Basic knowledge of IT and office equipment troubleshooting.
Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
