Office Clerk
Job Title: Office Clerk Job Summary: We are looking for an Office Clerk who is organised, efficient, and possesses the skills to handle administrative tasks with grace. This position requires a bilingual individual who can converse in both English and Tagalog and is eager to take on additional responsibilities, including client communication, bookkeeping training, transaction handling, and general office assistance. Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular clerical duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Tagalog, providing information and resolving queries.
Assist in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents.
Be open and willing to undergo training in bookkeeping.
Manage and execute financial transactions as required.
Provide support in day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth operations.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English and Tagalog (both written and verbal).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and train in bookkeeping.
Ability to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply: additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
