Assist in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic, drive online and in-store sales, and build brand awareness.
Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to inform marketing strategies.
Help design and implement promotions, discounts, and special offers that align with retail objectives and customer preferences.
Help coordinate in-store events, product launches, and seasonal promotions to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities using metrics such as sales data, customer feedback, and engagement analytics to adjust strategies as needed.
Work closely with store management, product teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies across all retail locations.
Stay up-to-date on product offerings, stock availability, and store promotions to provide accurate information and support customer engagement efforts.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing content and collaborating with teams.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior is a bonus.
