PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Responsible for providing day to day administrative, operational and marketing assistance for the team.
Assists with developing and creating presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Manages schedules, coordinates with the Marketing team for calendar updates and ensures that all events and project deadlines are being met by the group.
Handle all the contracts and permits of the Marketing team including but not limited to projects DHSUD mandatories and ASV requirements.
Responsible for implementing/maintaining marketing office task, Marketing collateral inventory and database, documentation and processing of payments.
Able to create and process internal and external memos.
Support the Marketing Team during events, project launches, and other Marketing activities as directed.
Assists with other related clerical duties and ad-hoc projects as required by the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing, Mass Communication or any related course.
Preferably at least 1year marketing/administrative experience.
Willing to work in Quezon City.
Require Skills:
With good communication skills (oral and written)
Can multi-task and meet deadlines.
Ability to prepare reports.
Literacy in MS office applications (word, excel, power point)
