Management Trainee (Finance)

Job Qualifications
  • A degree in accounting, finance, business administration
  • Preferably with experience in Audit
  • Must be an action and detail-oriented
  • Must have good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various business areas and changing environment
Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in training programs across different companies and departments (e.g Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to gain a well-rounded understanding of the business
  • Analyze business data, prepare reports, and present findings to management
  • Assist in managing small projects or work under supervision on larger projects to develop project management skills
  • Assist in setting and tracking business goals or department objectives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
