The Executive Assistant is assigned to particular departments or business units of the company and shall act as liaison between the heads of department/business unit and the executive department in addressing their concerns and requests and ensuring compliance with the directives of the President. The Executive Assistant should be graduate of any Information technology with at least 2-5 years of experience related to office and software developing. He/she must have the following qualities:
Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
Skilled in both Hardware and Software computer systems (Preferred)
Excellent presentation skills;
Willing to work overtime; and
Can work under pressure.
Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
Attention to detail
Able to prioritize and delegate task
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to understand customer needs and provide guidance to standard processes
Experience with automation tools and frameworks
Knowledge of database management systems
Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems and processes
With documented experience in one or more of the following types of systems; ERP, Web Based Transactional , Supply Chain, and Financial
Experience providing user support

Coordinates with Department Heads as to special instructions of the president.
Leadership/Supervisory Role
Addresses immediate concerns of managers.
Testing and deploying programs and systems
Fixing and improving existing software
Verify and deploy programs and systems
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
Analytics
Monitors and reviews company’s project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within a scheduled time period;
