Loans Associate
Qualifications:
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With at least one (1) year professional experience in Treasury or Accounting
- Has knowledge of basic accounting practices, cash handling systems and processes.
- Detail-oriented, precise and meticulous when preparing documentation
- With high work ethics, sense of integrity and loyalty.
- Highly organized, quick learner, and proactive
- Has good interpersonal skills - can work well with others; build effective working relationships throughout the organization and external clients.
- Computer-proficient
- Releasing of accounts
- Checking of authenticity and completeness of documents prior to release
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of details of all legal documents
- Preparing of transmittal PDC, Released Folders, Cancelled Accounts
- Signing of legal documents as witness
- Preparing of monthly reports Collateral monitoring, Take-risk releases
- Collateral documentation
- Releasing of loan proceeds and loan consultant’s commissions and incentives
- Tagging of commissions in Sofia
- Handling of internal and external customer’s queries and concerns
- PCF handling and replenishment
- Confirmation of Loan details in Sofia
- Printing of BOB check
- Requesting and releasing of certificate of full payment and collateral documents
- ORCR and PDC pull-out
- Branch reliever
- Trainor of newly hired LPs
- Branch visit (for Level-up and Roving LPTAs)
- Quality assurance of collateral and CAM folder releases (with assigned branches)
- Submission of quarterly progress report
- Issuance of SOF, NTC and NTE
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Iloilo City, Probinsya sang Iloilo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
