JR LOANS PROCESSOR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Schedule:
- Assists and entertains inquiries about services offered more specifically on loan applications and requirements.
- Application Form and checklist of loan requirements.
- Completes loan contracts and ensures clients are kept informed of the rules and requirements. Ensures correctness of details of
- issued post-dated checks from alteration.
- Gathers and safe keeps all loan documents and requirements submitted by the client.
- Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly Accomplishment Reports.
- Cultivates trustworthy referral networks, suggests alternate channels and cross-sells products and services.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics,
- Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of work experience in a similar role.
- Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals.
- Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Moderate
- Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.
- Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.
- Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
- Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
