In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the frontline staff, ensuring positive client interactions, and resolving concerns promptly. You’ll also be integral in developing strategies to enhance team processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support & Escalations: Advise employees on client concerns, resolve escalated issues, and ensure client satisfaction by following up and closing the loop on problems.
  
• Team Management: Maintain staffing levels, manage daily schedules, and handle call-outs to ensure consistent service delivery.
  
• Training & Coaching: Develop training programs, coach staff, and provide feedback to help improve performance and customer service skills.
  
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily metrics, identify trends, and take corrective action to optimize team performance.
  
• Culture & Leadership: Foster a welcoming and respectful team culture, provide open communication, and set an example of professionalism and adaptability.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in customer service, support operations, or team management
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team through change
  
• Leadership experience
  
• Must reside in the Philippines
  
• Remote work space required
  
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Must be based in the Philippines.
  
• Internet speed should be a minimum of 30 Mbps for both upload and download.
  
• A backup internet connection and a reliable power source are required in case of power outages.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Background with a tax firm or financial services company is a plus
  
• Knowledge of how back end banking systems work
  

Compensation:
$12 USD hourly
