Job description Education: College Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent Experience: At least 4 - 5 years experience in sales; preferably in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company with managerial capacity JOB SUMMARY: Key Accounts Manager is responsible in handling top tier client accounts in the company. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. He / She will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor sales posting and follow-up pending purchase orders unprocessed
Maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and driving turn
Consolidates and resolve merchandiser's concern regarding display, stocks and inventory.
Reports to immediate superior for daily sales and operations update through phone call or emails
Monitor delivery matrix per store to ensure soft replenishment process
Monitors delivery scheduling and bad orders from the account after deliveries.
Work with area coordinators to adhere concerns to be resolve for in-store merchandising concerns
Promptly collection per account based on the weekly schedule set by the account
Work with branch accountsnant / Vismin accountant to reviews and cleans account receivables
Collects invoices from branch accountants / distributor accounting analysts every after delivery for countering and monitoring
