Job description
Basic Duties and responsibilities:
1.To oversee the daily sales operations of his/her assigned territory. Manage and optimize sales/trade marketing budget.
2.To implement effective territorial marketing strategies. Aligning with trade and brand marketing programs.
3.To train, coach, mentor the distributor sales personnel and develop effective sales strategies and ensure that sales targets are met.
4.To lead a sales team by providing guidance, setting sales goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data and building their team.
