IT Team Leader
Responsible and Accountable for the smooth running of our information and data systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
Supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's Information Technology and apply the best practices to the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads IT staff by screening, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performances
- Assists the Company to achieve the company's goals, directives and initiatives.
- Designs, develops, implements, coordinates and monitors existing systems & procedure.
- Ensures security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Assists in IT Support Services to assist end users with technical issues.
- Acts in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- SAP Configuration, Troubleshooting and Implementation
- Identifies Problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit Systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Plan, Organize, Controls, and evaluates IT and electronic data operations.
- College Graduate 4 years in IT/IS/CS or similar in the Field
- At least 2 -3 years of experience in IT
- Has Knowledge and Experience in Implementing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting SAP systems.
- Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Good Communication Sills
- Strong in Technical Skills
