Job Summary: Provides technical support to end-users for PC, server, hardware, or software applications. Responsibilities:
Interacts with supplier/service provider.
Monitors asset inventory.
Verifies back up, daily check list, account maintenance.
Performs Tape rotation-back up tapes.
Participates in and/or leads site specific small projects.
Mentors level I employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
network+ more certification or equivalent.
Project team member/PMO requirements.
Leadership/mentoring.
In depth knowledge of i Qor baseline apps, A+ more and network+ more.
i Qor processes (CMR, etc..)
Escalation procedures.
Education Requirements: Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
