Job description Job Duties:
1. Troubleshooting and analyzing hardware and software technical tickets and requests.
2. Supporting user needs related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones and the like for both in office and home/remote office needs.
3. Addressing user requests and following up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
4. Provisioning, configuring, delivering, and setting up equipment, ensuring proper functionality and connectivity of all devices and participating in equipment moves and changes.
A. Qualifications:
1. Graduate of any 4 yr computer course
2. Amenable to the working schedule and location of the company.
3. Proven 6 months work experience as a desktop support/ fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Good customer service & communication skills.
B. Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals.
- OS and software applications
- Mobile Device Management
C. Shifting Schedule:
- Candidate must be amenable to Day Shift, Mid Shift, Night Shift, and Graveyard Shift.

- Assigned to Palayan, Nueva Ecija
