· Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases;
· Handle customer complaints, questions, and issues;
· Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options;
· Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support;
· Introduces promotions and new products to customers;
· Documents sales by updating customer records;
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media;
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
· Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person;
· Responsible for updating the Client’s Profile;
· Performance of other relevant functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
