Job Introduction
This role is responsible for the management of the inventory onsite to ensure parts are available for maintenance activity in the correct condition. This will be achieved by maintaining the warehouse at greater than 3s and ensuring inventory accuracy.

This role is responsible for the management of the inventory onsite to ensure parts are available for maintenance activity in the correct condition. This will be achieved by maintaining the warehouse at greater than 3s and ensuring inventory accuracy above Graymont’s targets.
Key focus areas the role will include:
- Complete scheduled and daily routine mechanical maintenance activities to avoid unexpected stoppages, rectify faults or recover from breakdown.
- Maintain warehouse at greater than 3s.
- Follow JDE workflow processes for the following processes & good receipting
- Booking parts from the warehouse & booking return parts into the warehouse
- Completion of cycle counts & placing requisitions for parts to support local and remote maintenance planners & creation of inventory parts in JDE
- Act as a team member with maintenance leader and reliability engineer in annual review of reorder quantities and reorder points.
- Complete preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on inventory items as per the work order.
- Create job kits for maintenance work order tasks. As per the pick list developed in the planning process & communicate to the planner when this task is completed.
- Provide and receive feedback by conducting and participating in regular safety observations.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs). Identify hazards and report them to the HSE Officer and / or Site Manager.
- Participate in Maintenance Team Performance Meetings and contribute to required tasks, shift, and site reporting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and conducive work environment.
- Support Graymont Performance Management System in participating in the periodic performance evaluations.
- Inventory parts are maintained and available for maintenance work on plant and equipment
- Inventory accuracy is above Graymont targets and managed in JDE.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino (Tagalog)
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in applying an ERP system to manage inventory.
- Knowledge, awareness, and proven experience in application of 5S process
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive with a strong customer and team focus.
