Inventory Controller
Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc. A Company engaged in establishments, operations and management of lodging and dining places is currently in need of Inventory Controller who will ensure appropriate amount of supplies and basic needs for the company’s establishments. The goal is to maintain inventory list, update daily reports and paper works. Interested applicants must be willing to be assigned inBoracay.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track various aspect of inventory through Gathering of data using computerized system
- Ensure proper amount of inventory is distributed and in charge of tracking defective pieces of inventory.
- Ensure rates of purchases, returns and accuracy of products.
- Update filling reports and provide solutions for any shortage or discrepancies.
- Coordinates periodic safety inspections and testing of any specialized piece of utility equipment
- Coordinates safety inspections and testing of any products or equipment
- Create a systematic tracking for stocks and generate daily reports and updates to avoid inaccuracies and errors
- Accurately allocates stocks to corresponding establishments or units
- In-charge of making and suggesting process and procedures for primary inventory control functions
- Maintains accurate label system
- Ensure products are received and stored properly
- Develops and implement inventory management strategy.
- Graduate of BS Business or any related course
- Proficient in computerized database and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiar with Inventory management straties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least three (3) years experience in inventory control
- Must be willing to relocate in Boracay
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
