NIGHT SHIFT ROLE Main Job Task and Responsibilities:
Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information;
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Partner with management and other departments to provide positive service and uniform support regarding Employee Relations, Benefits, and/or related questions.
Responsible for maintaining all business and employee information in the strictest confidence.
Demonstrated excellence in time management and problem solving and decision making skills.
Has knowledge in using MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
Amenable on shifting schedules (morning shift and night shift) and can work overtime
Education:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
An excellent understanding on the call center industry and experience management within BPO setting.
At least 3-5 years experience in different HR facets like recruitment, selection, training, compensation administration, employee relations, performance management
