HR Staff

Position Overview: As an HR Staff member at Greatlink Forwarders, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department in various administrative tasks and processes. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will assist in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the company's workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboard new hires by conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Handle day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts by conducting investigations and providing appropriate recommendations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees based on identified needs and development goals.
  • Monitor training attendance and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans for teams.
  • HR Administration:
  • Support the HR Manager in administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining HR databases, and updating organizational charts.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data in HR systems.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in HR operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of government-mandated reports and filings related to HR matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and records.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR administration or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php11,388.00 per month
