- Maintain accurate records of information lists, contact details, and medical records.
- Communicates timelines to clients and other team members.
- Consolidate all marketing proposals and prepare for presentation to management monthly.
- Implementing marketing strategies of F & E Group.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analytics, and presentation tools.
