Open position for CPF Agro-Industrial Business (Philippines)
Location : Ilagan, Isabela
We need : (1) HR Officer
QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree and Psychology, Human Resource and Business Administration, Accounting
• Prior related experience is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and Payroll related transactions.
• Knowledge in HRIS program is a plus but not required.

JOB SUMMARY :

• Carry out the recruitment, selection and placement activities, including assessing, issuing and processing of voluntary and involuntary separation.
• Undertake task around performance management including employee performance reviews.
• Other functions as requires by the day-to-day operations.
• In charge with payroll processing
