Coordinate and administer HR processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management
Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Provide administrative support for the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining documentation
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
Support the coordination of employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR service delivery
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
What we're looking for
With relevant experience in HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
