Processing of Payroll

• Prepares and processes the company's payroll of a certain payroll group of employee using Payroll Software.
• Checks and verify employee timekeeping data, including hours worked, overtime, and deductions using Timekeeping Software.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding payroll and taxes.

Employee Records Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to payroll, including tax forms, direct deposit information, and deductions.
• Update records for new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other employee status changes.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure all payroll procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing and submitting payroll-related reports to government agencies and internal departments.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, addressing concerns and providing necessary information.

Coordination with HR and Finance:

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure employee records are consistent with payroll data.
• Coordinate with the Finance department to reconcile payroll expenses and manage payroll accounts.

Auditing and Error Resolution:

• Review payroll data for accuracy and correct discrepancies when identified.
• Assist in audits related to payroll and employee compensation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Human Resource Management or Accounting related courses.
• Previous experience in payroll processing or HR support is preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
