ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordianate with the Documentation Clerk in the processing of various documents for notarial,annotation and encumbrance.
• Responsible in the processing of annotation of encumbrance of the property or unit served as collateral for loans in the officces of the Land Transportation Office ( LTO) and Registry of Deeds ( ROD)
• Responsible in gathering all documents and requiremnts for the annotation of notarized REM on the original TCT to ROD

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Preferably with one (1) year of related work experience.
• Experience in processing documents in LTO and ROD is an advantage.
• Willing to work on field.
