Job Opportunities in Philippines

We need an additional HR and Operations Manager to help us build teams for our upcoming expansion. The candidate must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning the HR and Operations departments. You should be able to manage programs/operations and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
This is an ONSITE position, not remote.
Key Needs:

• 201 file compliance and management
• Client Management - you will be representing the company to international client, you need strong communication both written and verbal
• Creating and maintaining a monthly calendar of duties, holding yourself and your direct reports to the timeline
• Knowledge of building company infrastructure – including SOPs and ability to integrate new software to manage growth
• Payroll, tracking OT, leave credits
• Software maintenance – Click-Up, Job Adder, Excel Databases
• Creating and managing additional company databases to enhance internal operations
• Covering shifts (this may mean aligning to US daytime hours)
• Working with Accounting and Legal
• Experience in recruiting candidates and utilizing Job Adder to track applicants
• Onboarding new staff / New hire orientation
• Managing internal staff that report to you; properly assigning them tasks and holding them accountable to deadlines
• Preferably with BPO experience, managing staff as they report to different clients and have varied issues
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
• Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of HR Operations experience and some of that at a BPO/Offshoring company.
• Four-year college degree is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
