Head Mechanic
As Head Mechanic, he shall be responsible for:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
- Overseeing maintenance and repairs of company vehicles and equipment in a safe and effective manner by performing preventive measures to ensure its operational efficiency and reliability at all times.
- Performs mechanical and electrical work, tune-ups, engine overhauls, repairs and replaces clutches, brakes, etc.
- Orders vehicle parts in conjunction with the supervisor. Maintains shop records and reports.
- Develop a work schedule for mechanics and assistant mechanics to ensure timely accomplishment of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Determine necessary engine lubes, oils, and spare parts needed for preventive maintenance and repairs of vehicles.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and/or designated Admin Officer for the scheduling of repairs of vehicles in other project sites.
- Promote proper handling, safekeeping, and storage of tools and equipment.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Motorpool Head
