Responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, ensuring conformance to standards of raw materials and finished goods, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions. This position also ensures alignment of standards within cross functional teams by documenting procedures and conducting trainings or alignment meetings.
Documents and implements quality assurance policies and procedures
Verifies implementation of GMP, SOP and CNS by conducting Quality Audits (Food Safety and Process Audits) and submitting timely reports
Assists in Quality and Food Safety Training of Production Team
Ensures that Raw Materials are received within specifications by creating receiving and inspection guidelines per raw material
Conducts complaint investigation and recommends corrective actions as agreed with the concerned team
Ensures that Finished Goods released conform to standard specifications by reviewing pertinent documents
Qualifications:
With at least 1 year experience working as QA/FSQ in commissary or F&B setting
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule in Pasig City
