Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, inspection, calibration, and troubleshooting of all instrumentation and control systems in a solar plant, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This role involves leading a team, managing resources and schedules, and providing technical support during shutdowns and routine maintenance activities to maintain efficient plant operations. Qualifications and Job Descriptions:
Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
With 3-5 years of experience in solar plant operations, and at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
Expertise in the field of operation and maintenance.
Excellent people and negotiation skills, capable of dealing with individuals across different organizational levels.
Possess a strong sense of urgency, customer-service orientation, and a high level of organization and proactivity. Able to multi-task effectively.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism. Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
Holds a positive attitude and strongly advocates for safe work practices and procedures.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Skilled in MS Project, MS Office, and other computer-based programs.
Possesses a high degree of analytical skills to process operations, maintenance, and outage data and create detailed plans based on gap analysis.
Able to lead a multi-skilled team effectively.
Plan, organize and direct the preventive maintenance, assessment, and troubleshooting
Prepare and delegate the daily tasks of maintenance personnel at site.
Monitor of the implementation of maintenance activities
Maintain the record data of personnel, daily accomplishments, inventory of supplies & parts, and all maintenance-related documents.
Requisition of supplies and parts related to maintenance activities.
Evaluate all new equipment and machines.
Performs another task that may be assigned from time to time.
