They are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Specialist to join their growing team. Job Summary: We’re in search of a skilled E-commerce Specialist to join our team! As the E-commerce Specialist - Amazon Seller Central, you’ll take charge of creating and implementing comprehensive Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns aimed at boosting traffic, engagement, and sales. This role will also cover other E-Commerce platforms. You’ll also analyze, and present performance metrics related to these campaigns. Responsibilities: Responsibilities - Ecommerce Operations:
Managing platforms (Amazon, Build.com, Wayfair, etc.) with sales strategies.
Overseeing new product set up, category and content updates, pricing and promotions for website and marketplaces.
Liaising with warehouse personnel on FBA shipments and website order fulfillment.
Uploading completed templates, retrieving processing reports, and maintaining brand registry on ecommerce portals.
Managing listings issues, sales orders, shipments, RMAs, shipping discrepancies, open cases, and replenishment alerts.
Updating sales calendar based on supervisor's direction.
Managing customer service messages through web portals.
Devising and implementing testing strategies for promotions and product bundles.
Operating and managing Amazon Seller Central and potentially Vendor Central.
Liaising with Amazon seller support for listing issues and case management.
Working with management to build a business plan for products.
Setting and tracking KPIs including sales, inventory levels, and promotional spend.
Leveraging search and reports to optimize product exposure.
Liaising with marketing and sales for new product launches.
Qualifications (Non-negotiable):
3- 4 years of B2B and D2C e-commerce experience
3- 4 years of Amazon experience, specifically Seller Central
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets, etc.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Experience in both FBA and FBM sales models
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, advertising platforms, and analytics tools
Ideally, familiar with Amazon PPC media buying and opportunities to optimize performance marketing campaigns
Communicate effectively both internally and externally to meet customer needs and expectations.
