As Online Sales and Operations Specialist, Your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent sales services. you will manage and engage customers using web-based communication channels. · Sales Quota Achievement: o Quick Response: Respond promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and close sale in a polite, friendly, and professional manner via chat and phone calls o Selling and Management of Selling Platforms: Website ,Facebook , Instagram , Tiktok Lazada , Shopee , Zalora and others o Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest related products or services to enhance the customer’s experience. o Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Client Relationship
Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
Database Management: Update the client database with prospective customers’ contact details and interests.
· Customer Service
Provide exceptional after-salesService: by addressing customer complaints , returns and refunds promptly and professionally.
o Fulfill Customer Requests: such as same day delivery booking , product reservations and monogramming. Qualifications and Skills:
