As Online Sales and Operations Specialist, Your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent sales services. you will manage and engage customers using web-based communication channels.
· Sales Quota Achievement:
o Quick Response: Respond promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and close sale in a polite, friendly, and professional manner via chat and phone calls
o Selling and Management of Selling Platforms: Website ,Facebook , Instagram , Tiktok Lazada , Shopee , Zalora and others
o Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest related products or services to enhance the customer’s experience.
o Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

• Client Relationship
• Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
• Database Management: Update the client database with prospective customers’ contact details and interests.

· Customer Service

• Provide exceptional after-sales Service: by addressing customer complaints , returns and refunds promptly and professionally.

o Fulfill Customer Requests: such as same day delivery booking , product reservations and monogramming.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Women Only
· On -Site
· 2 year course or college graduate
· Sales-oriented and can-do attitude mindset
· Knowledge in online marketing trends (Social Media , Website and Online selling platforms i.e. Lazada , Shopee)
· Comfortable with numbers and using Microsoft excel for sales reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
