Qualifications: · Single/Married · Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Business Studies/Commerce/Management or equivalent · Strong ability in the use of Software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel) · Detail oriented · Organized/Systematic · Trustworthy, with good moral character and analytical work. · Experience is an advantage · Must be a resident of Oroquieta City or nearby municipalities. · 1 Full time position available Responsibilities: · In charge in Invoicing of all transactions (includes updating serials and checking computations) and secures documents on contracts for House Finance. · Prepares and submits Daily and Weekly Sales Report. · Responsible in Sales Return Transactions (files received copy and inputs transaction to the system). · Submits Summary of Warranty Cards collection, photocopy of invoice on or before the scheduled submission date. · Prepares and submits Monthly BSPR to Branch Manager (for review) and to Sales Manager. · Prepares and submits Monthly SMI Claims to Branch Manager (for review) and to Finance Department on or before 2nd week of the month. · Prepares and submits attendance summary report on or before the scheduled submission date. · Performs duties as assigned.
