The Distributor Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving the sales, exchange, distribution, and market expansion objectives of the assigned territory. This role will execute and implement processes and programs to optimize product distribution and availability, customer coverage, and service in the area of the assigned territory.
Implements guidelines on distributor operations
Prepares and conducts regular planning and business reviews with distributors and prepares action plan for the growth of business
Works with distributors to conceptualize and implement business programs
Monitoring of sales. exchange, distribution and other KPI's
Conducts market/trade checks and route rides or works with sales personnel
Coordinates with distributors and distributors sales personnel for regular coverage of deliveries to distributors accounts, execution of in-store merchandising, display and promotions activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or any related field
Preferably with relevant training and experience on sales and account management
With experience in distributor account management
With knowledge in ISO, Food Safety, HACCP, and HALAL standards
