Responsible for all post-sales activities including planning, coordinating, monitoring, and communicating client requirements, requests, and budgetary changes to and from the internal team.
Conduct onboarding and refresher training.
Be the point-of-contact of clients.
Work closely with the Management to support Company's vision and process ideals.
Identify potential problems and points of friction and find working solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
Help in solving minor tickets such as creating and updating user info in the platform.
Be comfortable in using IT systems.
Familiarity or experience in using Asana or other project management tools is a plus.
This is a full-time position and Hybrid setup.
Willing to start Immediately.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and can work with minimal supervision.
Hardworking and able to reach deadlines.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite Applications.
Experienced in using Asana is a plus.
Working Internet at home of at least 5mbps.
