Customer Service Representative - Sales
Roles and Responsibilities
Benefits:
- Daily triage and maintenance of customer communication
- Resolving issues identified upon delivery
- Processing invoices and paperwork
- Assisting with spare part requests
- Perform various administration tasks
- Booking third party repairs and inspections
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an online environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Tuesday-Saturday
- 7:00am-4:00pm
