Customer Service Representative
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate – Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration/Business Administration or any other business-related course
- Experience in the Freight forwarding (Export/lmport) Industry is a plus
- Computer literate
- Good Communication Skills (written and spoken)
- Good Presentation Skills
- Must be flexible, good team player and able to do multi-tasking
- Willing to work for short term employment
- Willing to work in Cagayan De Oro
Job Description:
- Attends to inquiries from shippers, co-loaders and agents
- Communicates with the agents, airlines and shipping lines regarding status of shipments
- Arranges bookings to airlines or shipping lines and request for booking details
- Prepares Shipping Instructions for all Export/lmport shipments
- Monitors shipments on both import and export and informs clients the status until the cargo is delivered
- Ensures that commitment to clients is met by closely coordinating with operations
- Creates/makes payment requests for shipping lines and agents
- Follow-up billings and collections from suppliers/service providers
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
