• Conduct account visits and/or telemarketing of consumables to existing machine in the field
• Monitor consumptions patterns/buying habits of each account and analyse discrepancy from ideal or standard usage
• Consistently follow-up existing clients need for consumables and have the items delivered at the soonest time possible
• Check machines performance at least once a month visit to client
• Assist clients in their sales service related concerns and coordinate them to concerned department
• Updates of database of existing installations
• Attend and participate in all sales related meetings
• Comply with the company policies on orders, credit terms and deliveries
• Prepare a customized proposal base on the data gathered

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• Willing to travel for service Calls/ Field Work
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

• Iloilo City, Probinsya sang Iloilo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
