QUALIFICATIONS
Supplemental Pay:
- Bachelor degree holder of any related course
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex information to customers in a friendly and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Active listening: Effectively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and demonstrate empathy.
- Conflict resolution: Ability to de-escalate situations, address customer complaints calmly, and work towards solutions that satisfy both the customer and the dealership.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds, fostering a positive and trusting relationship.
- Basic computer literacy: Proficiency in using computers, email, and internet applications.
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
