Job Summary:
Do you have an interest in fashion and a solid background in customer service? Are you ready to be challenged daily? As a Customer Experience Agent, you will join a Customer Experience team filled with kind, knowledgeable, hard-working experts who will go the extra mile to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via email and telephone
- Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
- Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in the fashion retail industry/knowledge or interest in fashion
- Academia or College Graduate (preferred): Graduation in Fashion Design / Business
- Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication / Computer Science
- Prior experience working in a CSR role
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Overall Experience: 0-2 yrs. in a customer-facing role Experienced (English):
- Overall Experience: 2-4 yrs.
- CSR Experience: 2-2.5 yrs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and other languages an asset
- Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
- Candidates should be flexible with rostered day offs and working in shifts
- Available to work 40 hours per week
Must have skills (in order of priority):
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Fashion and luxury products an asset
- Prior experience in retail will be an added advantage.
