Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Coordinator provides support to the operations team ensuring that information flows effectively and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the business. He/she provides advanced administrative support to the team, and coordinates with clients for service delivery needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Coordinator provides support to the operations team ensuring that information flows effectively and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the business. He/she provides advanced administrative support to the team, and coordinates with clients for service delivery needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating of Price Values in a timely manner
- Updating email recipients ensuring that the right people receive the right information at the right time
- Monitoring Malls, in terms of service reports identifying any issues that need attention and taking appropriate action to address them
- Doing follow-ups and Reminds on Missed Jobs to ensure that everything is completed as scheduled
- Monitoring of active and inactive tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services
- Client and employee coordination
- Data processing and reports generating
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Work experience or skills in Operations Support, Administrative function or similar is an advantage
- Proficient in Google applications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Working knowledge in administrative work, reports creation and basic data analysis
- Must be able to work long hours and work shifting schedules, which may include work during holidays
- Experience in Integrated Pest Management an advantage but not required
- Ability to adapt to the work environment of Professional Cleaning, Pest Management and Environmental Solutions
