Compensation and Benefits Staff
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working in benefits administration, HR, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of the SSS, Phil Health, and HDMF processes, including remittance and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in managing HMO plans, including enrollment, claims processing, and coordination with healthcare providers.
- Experience in Employee Relations tasks is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned at Tambler, General Santos City
