What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Prepares all needed monthly reports to SSS, Philhealth & HDMF
Prepares separated employees report for DOLE
Prepares report for BIR within 30 days after employee is hired
Prepare and assist employees in SSS Sickness and maternity concerns including computation of the benefits
Ensures tracking of sick leave and vacation leave and submits monthly leave balances for encashment to HR Manager
Enrolls employees with our HMO provider upon hiring and deletes with the provider as soon as employee is separated
Prepares Performance Review Forms of the employees during regularization.
Prepares and releases the requested Certificate of Employment
Answers employee verification using all medium of communication
Assist in timekeeping.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related HR field is required.
At least 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Assistant with a focus on Compensation and Benefits is necessary.
Must have knowledge of government-mandated reporting for employee benefits.
Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are required.
Must demonstrate trustworthiness and the ability to handle sensitive employee and company information confidentially.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are key.
Proactivity in offering suggestions to enhance current processes or workflows is expected.
