Respond to all emergencies, provide initial medical assistance, and in the event of severe incidents, accompany co-workers to the hospital.
Support health and safety initiatives, such as preventing injuries and managing both short-term and long-term disabilities.
Maintains and updates the medical records of employees
Validate medical documents submitted by employees in cases of sick or medical leave.
Validate medical documents submitted by applicants as part of their pre-employment requirements.
Assist the compensation and benefits specialist in claims to SSS, ECC, and HMO.
Maintains the company's incident logbook
Participate in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions for the improvement of the working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers.
Conducts regular wellness activities and programs for the company.
Mental health advocate in the organization.
Initiate the annual physical examination.
Perform work activities that are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, refer the same to a physician.
