Company Nurse
Full job description

• Respond to all emergencies, provide initial medical assistance, and in the event of severe incidents, accompany co-workers to the hospital.
• Support health and safety initiatives, such as preventing injuries and managing both short-term and long-term disabilities.
• Maintains and updates the medical records of employees
• Validate medical documents submitted by employees in cases of sick or medical leave.
• Validate medical documents submitted by applicants as part of their pre-employment requirements.
• Assist the compensation and benefits specialist in claims to SSS, ECC, and HMO.
• Maintains the company's incident logbook
• Participate in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions for the improvement of the working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers.
• Conducts regular wellness activities and programs for the company.
• Mental health advocate in the organization.
• Initiate the annual physical examination.
• Perform work activities that are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, refer the same to a physician.

Additional Requirements:

• Registered Nurse
• Occupational Health Nurse Training is an Advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Coron: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Nursing license (Required)
